You can create a link to a specific changelog entry by clicking on the hash symbol on the left of the entry title, when you share that url people will land on that specific part of the changelog.
For example this link points to the first Notaku changelog entry https://changelog.notaku.website/#dc1dae8d114848ac88ec86b03ad1fbac
